The total stay was great in January and February. The hotel had a central location down the bay. Besides, it was adjacent to a most pleasant restaurant, the seafront, and the beach, bars and quite good restaurants.

The property was perfectly clean and staff was very very nice. Booked wheelchair accessible room with balcony, a fabulous view, for instance, which I really appreciated. It had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. The location was marvellous, at a short distance from Bournemouth Observation Wheel. I ate at the beach restaurant near the hotel. Everything here was perfect, I would return anytime.

We had a wonderful stay in this brand-new hotel. The unit we got was great-sized with 2 balconies, a fabulous view and comfortable beds. The staff team was outstandingly accommodating. Venue's location was incredible and amazing, very close to beach on foot.
